We were recently asked what knowledge management system we use and would recommend. I have a side passion for creating reusable documentation following the path of least resistance, and after testing many different approaches, I can emphatically say that Confluence would be my recommendation. To demonstrate why, I created two introductory videos highlighting a few of its features that I find helpful. I used Confluence out of the box with no fancy plugins. These videos build on each other, so they are intended to be watched in order.
